Our services are not available for resale and must not be used for any illegal activities.
3. Payments & Refunds
3.1 Payment Terms
- All projects require a 50% upfront payment, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
- Payment must be made via the agreed method outlined in the invoice.
3.2 Late Payments
- Any invoice not paid within the agreed timeframe will incur a 10% late payment fee of the total invoice amount.
If payment remains outstanding, Forge Beyond Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or remove any services or deliverables provided until payment is received in full.
3.3 Refunds
- Refunds are only issued at the discretion of Forge Beyond Ltd.
- No refunds will be provided for partially completed services or if a client decides to terminate a project before completion.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all rights to copyright and intellectual property for web designs, content, and SEO work are transferred to the client.
- Clients may use their website, content, and related materials as they see fit, provided it does not involve illegal activity.
- Any third-party assets (such as licensed images, fonts, or plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Limitations of Liability
5.1 General Limitations
Forge Beyond Ltd is not responsible for:
- Any loss of revenue, profits, or data due to the use of our services.
- Any third-party service failures that impact website performance or uptime.
- Any search engine ranking changes due to external algorithm updates beyond our control.
- Any security breaches affecting a client’s website, hosting, or digital assets due to external hacking attempts.
5.2 Hosting Service Disclaimer
- While we provide a 99.99% uptime guarantee for our WordPress Hosting services, occasional maintenance, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances may cause brief downtime.
- Forge Beyond Ltd is not responsible for downtime, lost revenue, or service interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers, software failures, or force majeure events.
5.3 SEO Disclaimer
- SEO performance is dependent on various external factors, including search engine algorithm updates, competition, and industry trends. No guarantees are made regarding specific rankings, traffic increases, or lead generation results.
6. Cancellation & Termination
6.1 Client Cancellations
- Clients may cancel ongoing services with a 30-day written notice via email to [email protected].
- Services cannot be cancelled before an already agreed end date.
- No refunds will be provided for prepaid services that remain unused after cancellation.
6.2 Company Termination of Services
Forge Beyond Ltd reserves the right to terminate services with 24 hours’ written notice if:
- A client violates these Terms and Conditions.
- A client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
- Payment for services is outstanding beyond agreed terms.
If termination occurs, no refund will be issued for remaining services.

- We only collect and store client data as necessary and in accordance with UK law.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK law.
8.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the following steps will be taken:
(a) A director from Forge Beyond Ltd and a director from the Client shall meet within five days of a written request to attempt resolution in good faith.
(b) If no resolution is reached, the parties shall attempt to settle the dispute by mediation using the CEDR Model Mediation Procedure.
- The mediator will be nominated by CEDR unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
- Either party may initiate mediation by sending a written request.
(c) If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue legal action in the UK courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
Forge Beyond Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
